Returns
We are only able to accept returns on items, if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging and within 10 working days of delivery.
In the event that you unfortunately experience a fault with your NIxNA items our team would be happy to help with any and all queries – Please contact us on returns@nixna.co.uk before returning your item to us. Please quote the following details in your email when raising your returns request:

Our team would then advise you on the next steps and process your refund accordingly or provide a replacement
All refunds will be credited to the original credit card used to purchase the items; however shipping costs are not refundable. We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days.
Our dedicated team are on hand to process all refunds, however, please note there may be delays due to the current global situation. If you have not received your refund in 30 days please contact us on returns@nixna.co.uk.
